My name is Breauna Hurd, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with nearly three years of experience in the clinical field. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges by offering a compassionate and supportive environment. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to work through life's difficulties.
I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and am fully licensed to practice clinically. My areas of expertise include treating substance use, anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. I offer both in-person sessions in Edwardsville, IL, and telehealth services for added flexibility.

Brooke Ridenbark, MSW, LSW

Hello, I’m Brooke! I'm glad you are here. I’ve always had a passion for helping others and my journey began as a medical assistant working in various settings. Since then, my passion for advocating and empowering individuals to help them be the best version of themselves has grown. I graduated with my Master’s degree in Social Work from SIUE in 2022. I am currently a Licensed Social Worker and am working toward my LCSW! It is my goal to make sure all clients have a safe and supportive environment when sharing their experiences, goals, and challenges.
I am experienced in using evidence-based techniques in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience working with substance use, strengthening families, anxiety, life stressors, behavior changes, self-esteem, life changes, depression, stress, and trauma. I offer in-person services and telehealth.
Tessa Beard, MSW

Hi, my name is Tessa Beard. I’m a therapist who is passionate about working with children, teens, and adolescents to help them navigate life’s challenges and build emotional strength. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in 2025 and have a deep commitment to supporting the mental health and well-being of young people.
My goal in therapy is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I strive to help my clients develop healthy coping skills, improve their self-esteem, manage difficult emotions, and build stronger relationships with those around them.
I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach and tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy techniques, and mindfulness strategies to help my clients better understand themselves and the world around them. I also value the importance of involving families when appropriate to ensure lasting growth and healing.
I truly believe that with the right support, every child and adolescent has the ability to thrive.
