Amanda Weber is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for supporting children and adolescents in their mental health journeys. Before becoming a PMHNP, Amanda gained invaluable experience as a registered nurse on the psychiatric floor of St. Louis Children’s Hospital, where she developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by young people and their families.

Amanda believes in meeting patients and their families "where they are" and working collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans. Her practice focuses on pediatric and adolescent care. At this time, Amanda is only seeing patients 18 years of age and younger.
In addition to prescribing and managing medications, Amanda coordinates care with therapists within the group or externally, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health and well-being.
When not at work, Amanda prioritizes her own mental health by spending time in nature, hiking, reading, and enjoying time with family and friends. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space for patients and their families to thrive.

With 13 years of clinical experience, Jaime Mendoza, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental
health care. Guided by the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive, not just
survive, she prioritizes creating an environment where patients feel heard, supported, and
empowered.

Her approach combines attentive listening with evidence-based practice to develop
individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and life
circumstances. She is passionate about helping patients build resilience, restore balance, and
reach their fullest potential.
