When visiting the Jerseyville office, you'll see me as the friendly face behind the desk. As an administrative assistant, my responsibilities include scheduling, record keeping, answering calls and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the office. With a background in administration, I thrive in working with people and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and fiancée. We love outdoor activities and embarking on new adventures together. Together, we are building our first-generation livestock family farm, where we currently have chickens, mini cows and dwarf goats. We have big dreams for the farm and hope to see them come to life in the next few years.
With a passion for marketing and events, you'll often find me at local Koen events, where I'm excited to contribute in making them a success!

Title: Claims Administrator
Contact: camryn@koencwc.com
Location: Herrin
I got into claims because I’ve always enjoyed helping people, and that same passion is shared by the entire team at Koen Counseling and Wellness. I completed college programs with that goal in mind, and since then, I’ve built my career in the field. Currently, I work in claims while also being part of the amazing team at Koen.
What I enjoy most about my role is working with people. Whether I’m guiding someone through the claims process or supporting the work we do at Koen, I like being someone others can rely on. I’m all about keeping things clear, staying organized, and making sure people feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, I’m always looking for ways to keep learning and growing — both personally and professionally. I truly believe that how you treat people matters, and that shows up in everything I do.

Hello all. If you visit the Herrin office, you might see me at the front desk. As an assistant, my role includes billing, record keeping, taking calls, and a focus on maintaining a warm and welcoming environment throughout the office.
Outside of my role as an assistant, I am also a graduate student. I am currently working towards a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grace College: Graduate Program for Counseling. Upon completing this degree, I will begin the licensure process of becoming an LCPC. Part of my academic requirements includes an internship, which I will start Fall 2024 here at Koen Counseling.
I look forward to furthering my experience during my time here at Koen Counseling as an Intern.
