When visiting the Jerseyville office, you'll see me as the friendly face behind the desk. As an administrative assistant, my responsibilities include scheduling, record keeping, answering calls and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the office. With a background in administration, I thrive in working with people and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and fiancée. We love outdoor activities and embarking on new adventures together. Together, we are building our first-generation livestock family farm, where we currently have chickens, mini cows and dwarf goats. We have big dreams for the farm and hope to see them come to life in the next few years.
With a passion for marketing and events, you'll often find me at local Koen events, where I'm excited to contribute in making them a success!

Title: Claims Administrator
Location: Herrin
I got into claims because I’ve always enjoyed helping people, and that same passion is shared by the entire team at Koen Counseling and Wellness. I completed college programs with that goal in mind, and since then, I’ve built my career in the field. Currently, I work in claims while also being part of the amazing team at Koen.
What I enjoy most about my role is working with people. Whether I’m guiding someone through the claims process or supporting the work we do at Koen, I like being someone others can rely on. I’m all about keeping things clear, staying organized, and making sure people feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, I’m always looking for ways to keep learning and growing, both personally and professionally. I truly believe that how you treat people matters, and that shows up in everything I do.

Title: MSW Intern
Location: Herrin
Hi, I am Paige Daly a MSW intern at the Herrin location. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward growth, healing, and greater self-understanding. I believe each person is the expert of their own story and has the capacity for change. I value creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I am currently completing my Master of Social Work degree at Grand Canyon University and will graduate in July 2026. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2022.
Prior to pursuing my master’s degree, I worked in law enforcement. I first served as a records clerk and dispatcher before later working as a police officer. Through these experiences, I gained valuable insight into the challenges individuals and families can face during difficult moments and developed a strong ability to remain calm and supportive in high-stress situations.
For the past two years, I have worked as a Family Outreach Advocate within a local school district. In this role, I supported preschool and elementary-aged students in developing social-emotional skills, navigating challenging behaviors, and building confidence within the school environment. I also partnered closely with families, teachers, and school staff to connect families with community resources and help create supportive environments that promote student success.
I take a strengths-based approach to counseling and value helping individuals recognize the resilience and abilities they already possess. My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and incorporates mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques to support meaningful change.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking walks with my dog Bailey, practicing yoga, listening to live music, and simply sitting outside with a cup of coffee or tea while listening to the birds sing.
