Find Your Peace
Healing the mind and body
Offering Mental Health Counseling to Clients in Illinois
We are so glad you have decided to reach out for help, as this can be a daunting process. Our passion lies in helping you through life’s troubles. As mental health professionals, we have experience working with individuals, couples, and families throughout Illinois. We want to see you grow and gain coping skills to deal with various life stressors.
In addition, we enjoy providing our clients with comprehensive psychoeducation, including helpful information and resources. We understand how difficult life can get, but having the knowledge and resources to help cope in times of need is vital.
Our counseling style is relaxed, caring, warm, and interactive. We treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and we do not believe in stigmatizing labels. Aside from this, our approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, a strengths perspective, a client-centered approach, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
It can be hard to reach out for help, so we are here when you are ready to begin your counseling journey. We want you to go from just surviving to thriving.
